INJECTION MOULDING


We like customers who make high demands. At A-Plast, we have a partner organization that believes in partnerships with our customers and our material suppliers.

Our high-tech machine park gives us the right conditions to be able to manufacture cost-effectively. The quality control takes place directly in the machine. We take responsibility for the process – from sketch to finished product.

The machine park is from 35 to 300 tons of clamping force.

MOLDING WITH US


Our production – consists of advanced robot cells and laser and vision technology – Our machines have a clamping force from 35 tons to 300 tons.

Our design department can help in the entire development phase.  Design and calculations and of course everything that concerns the production tool. Our engineers also have the opportunity to design and develop special machines for different types of torques. Today we can punch, mill, mark and laser process the details. 

Casting - A combination of plastic and metal

We have extensive experience and knowledge of casting. For industries such as VA, vehicles. Quality control is done with vision technology. The details are handled with robot and packed directly in boxes..

Material - At the right price

With our volume of several 1000 tons, we have the power to buy the right material at the right price. Common material with us are, for example PA6, PP, PE, PBT, LCP, PET, POM, PC, ABS, TPU, TPE, PC/ABS, PVC, PS.

Automation, a matter of course for us

We not only automate production, but we work actively for each process to be as efficient as possible. In recent years, we have allocated approximately SEK 7 million per year to increase the degree of automation.

Biodegradable materials

We have experience in producing products from biodegradable materials and also polyethylene made from sugar cane and corn starch. Our ambitious investment in this has led us to customers in both Japan and Australia in this segment.

Speed and flexibility

To be fast, you need capacity. As a result, we never occupy our machines more than 70%, so that we can directly serve and act when urgent needs arise.

TOOL


We build tools entirely and have a well-developed collaboration with suppliers in China where we get tools made – without intermediaries. We have the opportunity to simulate production before and get a quality analysis of the process flow and the tool. All work takes place in Solidworks. In the workshop we have most of the controlled machine tools, such as milling machines, wire sparks and countersunk sparks.
