The ”zero error principle” is a mental attitude not to accept errors and to constantly strive for a perfect result.
This means that any discovery or suspicion of a defect will require an analysis to ensure that defects will never occur again.

Making mistakes is human, but the human factor must never be an excuse to accept anything less than perfect.
