In our extrusion section, we manufacture pipes, hoses and profiles. We have a total of 22 extrusion lines with the latest technology – which gives us a high capacity. The quality assurance is made using laser, vision or X-ray technology.

Today we produce several different types of sealing strips. Mainly in TPE, TPU, TPV, but also in materials such as Polyester. We are able to apply tape directly in line.
We do not only develop tools and products. We also design and build equipment to be able to process the products directly in the extruder lines. Our universal machines can mill, punch and put on tape on the products.
We currently have three dedicated lines for PVC profiles, we are able to produce both soft and hard pvc profiles.
With our volume of several 1000 tons, we have the power to buy the right material at the right price. Commonly used materials in extrusion are PP, PE, PET, POM, PC, ABS, TPU, TPE, PVC, PS.
We have the opportunity to manufacture both small and large profiles, we can apply reflectors and tapes directly in extruder lines.

For more than two decades, we have been manufacturing pipes for customers in completely different industries. This means that we can manufacture in different thicknesses (7 to 250 millimeters in diameter), with different materials and with different areas of use. We handle pipes up to five meters long and our packaging robots can pack the pipes directly on pallets.
We supply the entire Nordic region with quality pipes, today we have over 60 customers who buy pipes and hose from us. Many are well-known industrial companies, but we also supply pipes for vehicles, offshore, medicine and construction.
Our own brand A-Pipe manufactures pressure pipes, optical pipes, drain pipes and VP pipes. We can manufacture these types of pipes from 14mm to 250mm. We can handle drums from K10 up to K28 (2.8 meters in slide) Our machine park is by far the most modern and efficient available and our oldest pipe machine is from the year 2017.
We manufacture high-quality pipes in a number of different construction plastics, but we also manufacture pipes in polyester and TPE / TPU. Our products include slalom sticks in PC and medical products in POM. We also have experience in extruding glass-filled materials.
We have technology to produce multilayer pipes. We can manufacture pipes with three (3) different material layers. On these tubes we can also add colorstripe. In this way, you can combine recycled with new goods, this to achieve the best price and quality ratio.
Directly in line, we have the opportunity to ensure quality with X-ray or laser technology. We have the opportunity to pick out production data to be able to follow and optimize production on an ongoing basis.
We are the only one in the market to be able to automatically pack pipes directly on pallets. The robots pattern and then it is immediately ready for delivery.
Our modern infrastructure is efficient. This means that no hands need to move the raw material up to the machines. The robots pack the pipes or profiles directly in cardboard or on pallets.
